Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with D’s Luxe Shop. Below is our Shipping Policy to help you understand how and when your jewelry will arrive.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Pre orders for new collections may require additional time. Please refer to individual product pages for specific production timelines.

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options across Canada through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries, including Europe and Australia.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website

6. Delays and Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we will help track the shipment and resolve the issue.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

  • Damaged Items: Please email us at shop@dsluxe.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
