At D’s Luxe Shop, we take pride in offering carefully curated, pre-owned jewelry. We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our return policy below, which is designed to be fair while also protecting the integrity and condition of each unique piece.

Final Sale Pre-Owned (destashed) Jewelry.

1. All pre-owned jewelry items are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please read the item descriptions carefully and reach out to us with any questions prior to making your purchase. If you have any questions prior to placing your order, we’re happy to help!

Due to the nature of pre-owned and vintage items, slight signs of wear may be present. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each piece, so you know exactly what to expect.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind

  • Fit or sizing issues

  • Signs of wear or use

  • Damage incurred after delivery

However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping or is significantly not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will assess the problem and work with you to find a fair resolution.

We accept returns on eligible items within [7–14 days] of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in the same condition as when it was shipped

  • All original packaging, certificates, tags, and documentation are included

  • The item has not been worn, altered, resized, or damaged

  • The return request is submitted within the allowed return window

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at shop@dsluxe.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN). Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of pre-owned pieces, we do not offer direct exchanges.
